COVID-19 Update

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels and the significant impact that Covid-19 has placed on our logistics systems, we are currently experiencing delays in the processing and shipping of orders.

Some delays are beyond our control, but we're doing what we can to deliver quickly and safely. Our third-party warehouse is now engaging new staff to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and we expect deliveries to be between five and ten days.

We assure you that we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.

 

Warehouses

Our warehouse will remain open and orders will be shipped Monday-Friday as normal.

 

Delivery times

Certain areas may experience some delivery delays due to the volume of orders being received by the courier and delivery partners. Delivery delays are unfortunately out of our control. Please refer to the tracking information of your order to see how long delivery time is predicted to be. Please be aware that delivery time can take up to 1 to 2 weeks.

We apologise for any delays. Please contact our customer service team if we can be of any assistance.

 

Hygiene and handling

Our warehouse teams are following all Government guidelines, and hygiene and handling procedures are enforced when picking and packing your order. Within our warehouses' additional health and safety measures are being taken, including regular hygiene audits to ensure standards are upheld.

Our warehouse team are conducting additional cleaning and introducing new measures to help reduce any risks. These include hand sanitation, site cleaning, and restrictions around warehouse visitors, staff meetings, and staff travel.

 

Immune Support products and stock levels

The high level of demand on our immune support products during COVID-19 has meant that some items may go out of stock. This may include products in our Vitamin C range. We are doing everything we can to restore our stock levels across the range.
