We are an Australian company using a local warehouse based in NSW to facilitate fast local deliveries. Our team will be able to assist with any queries you may have.

Our warehouse operates from

Monday – Friday | 8:30am – 5pm

You can pay via PayPal, credit card or direct bank transfer. With PayPal you can use your PayPal account or link it to your credit card, even as a guest. If you’re paying via bank transfer please use your order number as the reference number and your order will be dispatched upon receipt of funds.

There are 3 ways to track your order

Logged in:
You can track your order from the ‘My Account’ section under the 'My Orders' tab by simply clicking on the truck icon.

Tracking email:
After completing your order payment you will have received an email with your order tracking details.

If you did not received this email please check your spam folder.

Email:

If the above options are not working for you, then please email our us through the ‘Contact Us’ options in the menus or footer. Add your with your name and order number so we can track this faster for you. Our email address can also be found at the top of the footer on this website.

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you find there is no option to ship to your country then please send us an email via the 'Contact Us' page and we will work out a shipping quote for you. Please ensure that the product you're ordering can be imported into your country and will not be seized at the border.

Yes, we use PayPal Pro, and Payment Express to processes our payments. They both run the latest in security and fraud prevention technologies to ensure your payment is safe and secure. Look for the padlock in the address bar, which means the website is running a secure encryption. You can always click on the padlock to view the ‘security certificate’ information.

If there is something we do not carry on the site but is one of the brands we stock, you can send us a request and we will contact our suppliers to see if we are able to get hold of it for you. If it is requested a lot then we will look to stock it as a standard item. Please note that special orders may incur an extra delivery charge that may be passed on from our supplier.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned unused and with the original product packaging intact in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect or defective item). Please see our Shipping and Returns Policy found in the foot of the website for full details including the return shipping address.

Yes! All orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within Australia.

Australia Post Standard: 1-6 working days*

Australia Post Express: 1-3 working days*

The time can vary depending on where you are located in Australia.

Regardless we do our best to get your order to you as quick as possible.

Non-main city deliveries can take longer; Western Australia deliveries can take 5-6 working days.

*Shipping times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Our warehouse aims to despatch orders by 11am each day so it's best to get your order in before 10am for despatch that same day.
