Smidge® Sensitive Probiotic Powder - B/B 1 Dec 2024

Detailed product information

Introducing Smidge® Probiotic Powder, a powder which may help to support a healthy digestive system.

This probiotic powder contains eight strains of beneficial bacteria.

What sets Smidge® Probiotic Powder apart?

Smidge® Probiotic Powder contains their gentle probiotic formula. This thoughtful formulation was created with one clear goal: to support the digestive system.

Crafted with utmost care

Created with a commitment to quality and transparency, this powder is what high-quality probiotics should be. Each batch is crafted with meticulous care and attention to detail.

Furthermore, Smidge® Probiotic Powder maintain a stance against additives and prebiotics. There are no unnecessary ingredients that could potentially disrupt the sensitive digestive balance.

Individual results may vary.  Consult a healthcare professional for personalised advice.

Always start with a smidge! Use one Smidge® spoonful (20 mg). Take once a day, with food, or as directed by a certified healthcare practitioner. (See "low and slow" note below.)

Product comes with a dosage spoon.

Start low and slow: Smidge® supplements are high-quality, therefore, it's important to start slowly. For example, a minimal dose every other day, or even once a week, until you can determine how the supplement affects your body and what feels right for you.

How to take: Use your dosage spoon to accurately measure your desired dose of probiotic powder. Sprinkle on lukewarm or cold food, mix it in a smoothie or take it with an organic fat, like butter, ghee, emu oil or coconut oil. See dosage instructions above for more info.

Storage: Smidge® Probiotic powder requires refrigeration for long-term storage. Keep away from moisture. Can be kept at room temperature for up to two weeks while traveling.

Smidge® probiotics are freeze-dried, and freeze-dried organisms are inactive until they come in contact with moisture. The freeze-dried organisms are sealed in a non-permeable bottle to help protect against moisture during shipping and extended use and storage. Please keep the moisture pack inside for the best results.

Make sure to store your bottle in the refrigerator right away when it is received to help ensure the best results.

Your questions answered

Smidge® Probiotics have an 18-month "best by" date on them. After the best by date, the probiotic will start to degrade slowly. It still has potency and can be used up. If the powder is clumping, it indicates moisture may have entered the bottle and should be discarded.

Smidge® Probiotics are safe for breastfeeding mums. As with starting any supplement, one should consult with their physician to discuss based on their specific needs.

Smidge® Infant Probiotic Powder contains 7 strains of beneficial probiotics whereas Smidge® Sensitive Probiotic Powder contains one additional probiotic strain, Lactobacillus plantarum.

Smidge® Infant Probiotic Powder was formulated for children up to 2-3 years old and can also be taken by older children and adults.

Smidge® Sensitive Probiotic is unique in a way that its strains do not produce histamine and large amounts of D-lactate. Those irritants could cause some problems for sensitive people.
